2.  LSV/MSV are Low and Medium Speed Vehicles.  They conform to applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and are road legal.  LSV/MSVs are sold to schools, universities, airports, hotels, casinos, municipalities, and others, for local (not cross-country) use.A motorcycle parked in front of a restaurant. A motorcycle parked in front of a restaurant.

Right hand drive vehicles are legal to operate in any state on any road at any time. These vehicles are legal to operate whenever and wherever vehicle use is permitted.

4. Left hand drive vehicles are standard vehicles legal to operate whenever and wherever vehicle use is permitted.
